TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Home Bridge ("Home Bridge," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our real estate guidance services. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or communicating with our representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services. Your continued use of Home Bridge services following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

These Terms apply to all users of our services, including without limitation buyers, sellers, and other visitors to our platform or physical locations.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Home Bridge provides real estate guidance services designed to connect buyers and sellers to appropriate options and actionable next steps. Our services are advisory and educational in nature and include, but are not limited to:

Buyer & Seller Pathway Planning: We provide strategic guidance to help clients understand their options in the real estate market, assess their readiness for transactions, and develop personalized pathways toward their real estate goals.

Option Matching & Recommendations: We offer curated recommendations for properties, professionals, financing options, and other resources based on client-provided information, preferences, and circumstances.

Transaction Guidance & Support: We provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the real estate transaction process, including connecting clients with appropriate third-party service providers and resources.

Home Bridge operates as a guidance and advisory service. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and our services do not constitute real estate brokerage services, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or professional services requiring specialized licensing unless otherwise explicitly stated. Any real estate transactions must be conducted through appropriately licensed real estate professionals. We may connect you with such professionals as part of our services.

Our recommendations are based on information you provide and general market knowledge. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, property availability, financing approval, or transaction completion.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

As a client of Home Bridge services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your real estate goals, financial circumstances, and any other information reasonably necessary for us to provide effective guidance.

Update any information you have provided if it changes during the course of our service relationship.

Act in good faith in all interactions with Home Bridge representatives and any third-party service providers we recommend.

Conduct your own due diligence regarding any properties, service providers, or opportunities we recommend, including obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in connection with your use of our services and any real estate transactions you pursue.

Refrain from using our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or access information we provide to you.

Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

You acknowledge that your failure to provide accurate information or to fulfill your obligations under these Terms may impair our ability to provide effective services and may result in recommendations that are not suitable for your circumstances.

4. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Appointments for consultations and guidance sessions may be scheduled through our website, by email, or by phone through the contact information provided in these Terms.

Scheduling: All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Home Bridge. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling requests.

Cancellations by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide notice at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any prepaid fees or assessment of a cancellation fee, as applicable to your specific service agreement.

Cancellations by Home Bridge: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances including but not limited to representative availability, emergencies, or operational requirements. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and offer alternative scheduling options.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show and may result in forfeiture of prepaid fees and may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to treat it as a cancellation, though we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you if time permits.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Service Fees: Certain Home Bridge services may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you prior to engagement of paid services. Fee structures may include flat fees, hourly rates, or other arrangements as specified in your service agreement.

Payment Methods: We accept payment methods as specified during the engagement process. All fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars unless otherwise specified.

Payment Timing: Unless otherwise specified, fees for services are due prior to or at the time of service delivery. For ongoing services, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

Referral Compensation: Home Bridge may receive compensation, commissions, or referral fees from third-party service providers, including but not limited to real estate agents, mortgage lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals to whom we refer clients. Such arrangements do not affect your obligations to pay any agreed-upon fees to Home Bridge. We will disclose the existence of such arrangements upon request.

Refunds: Refund policies vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the contact email provided in these Terms.

Late Payment: Any fees not paid when due may be subject to late payment charges of 1.5 percent per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.

Disputed Charges: If you dispute any charges, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the charge. Failure to notify us within this period constitutes acceptance of the charges.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Home Bridge, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use our services;

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein;

Any interruption or cessation of our services;

Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in any content or information provided through our services;

Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our services;

Any real estate transaction you enter into, whether or not based on our recommendations;

The actions or inactions of any third-party service providers we recommend or connect you with;

Any decisions you make based on guidance or recommendations provided by Home Bridge.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Home Bridge in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You acknowledge that the real estate market involves inherent risks and uncertainties, and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Home Bridge provides guidance based on available information, but we cannot control or predict market conditions, property conditions, third-party actions, or other factors that may affect your real estate goals.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

Home Bridge services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Home Bridge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;

Any warranties that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations;

Any warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

Any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information, guidance, or recommendations provided;

Any warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or performance of any third-party service providers we recommend;

Any warranties regarding outcomes of real estate transactions or market conditions.

We do not warrant that any properties, opportunities, or service providers we recommend will be suitable for your needs, available when you wish to proceed, or will result in successful transactions.

Any information, guidance, or recommendations we provide are based on the information available to us at the time and are subject to change. Market conditions, property availability, financing options, and other factors may change without notice.

We do not warrant that our services will help you achieve any particular real estate goal, financial outcome, or timeline.

You assume all responsibility for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of any information, guidance, or recommendations provided. We strongly encourage you to obtain independent professional advice from licensed real estate professionals, attorneys, financial advisors, inspectors, and other appropriate experts before making real estate decisions.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Home Bridge operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and Home Bridge. You agree to notify us in writing of any dispute and to provide at least 30 days for us to attempt resolution before pursuing other remedies.

If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, you and Home Bridge agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction where Home Bridge operates, unless otherwise mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

You agree to bring any claims individually and not as part of any class or representative action. Class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not permitted.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, features, functionality, and intellectual property associated with Home Bridge services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, methodologies, and proprietary processes, are owned by or licensed to Home Bridge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal, non-commercial real estate purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content or materials;

Use our content or materials for any commercial purpose;

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or proprietary systems;

Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;

Use our name, trademarks, or branding without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in termination of your access to our services and potential legal action.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PRIVACY

Home Bridge respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, use, and store your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that we may collect personal information including but not limited to your name, contact information, financial circumstances, real estate preferences, and other information necessary to provide our services.

We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and will not disclose it to third parties except:

With your consent;

To third-party service providers we recommend as part of our services;

As necessary to provide our services;

As required by law or legal process;

To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

You acknowledge that communications with third-party service providers we connect you with are subject to their own privacy practices and terms of service.

11. TERMINATION

Either you or Home Bridge may terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Home Bridge reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to our services without prior notice if:

You breach any provision of these Terms;

You provide false or misleading information;

You engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to Home Bridge, other clients, or third parties;

We are required to do so by law;

We cease offering services.

Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to liability limitations, warranty disclaimers, and dispute resolution provisions.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay any fees incurred prior to termination.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Home Bridge, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses
